I started my career as a Hollywood Publicist when I was 18, bumping elbows with A-Listers & living the high life. But something was missing. Although I thought I was living the dream (others thought so too!) I was unhappy and as a result I hit rockbottom and struggled with my mental health.
I knew I had to do something different. This was no longer working for me.
After returning home for some soul-searching, I went back to school to become a social worker with the intention of making a difference in the world for leaders struggling like me. I recognized how high functioning I was despite the ups and downs.
